How it works
Every session is 60 minutes, one-on-one in Jasson's private gym in Sanur. Three sessions a week is the sweet spot for most people, though the plan flexes to your goal. Your program is built during your first session and you have it the same day.
Packages run in blocks of 10, 20 or 30 sessions, tailored to where you're starting and where you want to go. Coaching is in English and Indonesian.

Jasson coaches what he does himself. He is a competitive powerlifter with several first-place finishes at Indonesian meets, and he represented Denpasar at the 2025 Bali provincial games. That platform experience goes straight into your training.
