How your first weeks look

Your first session is a relaxed assessment: a movement and mobility check, a few measurements, and a full workout so you leave having actually trained. Jasson builds your program during that session and you have it the same day.

From there, three 60-minute sessions a week is the usual rhythm, with progress tracking so you can see yourself improving, and nutrition guidance on request. Everything is coached in English or Indonesian, whichever you prefer.
